Break Dancing is a bit like Jazz Music – almost impossible to define, because improvisation and the individuality of personal expression is a major part of what goes on.

Here are two totally different styles of break dance.  While breakdancers might argue over the correctness of style and technique – I choose to just enjoy both as individuals doing what comes naturally to them.

I have to go now … I put my back out just watching this guy!

This is a totally different style of breakdance, but none the less brilliant.  There is so much to admire here – strength, agility, flexibility, fitness, the sheer energy ….

Now I can do press-ups – but watch what this guy does towards the end of his breakdance routine – totally awesome!
